Stuck In The Middle

[Verse 1]
Before I met you
I was feeling down so low
Tik tok time was moving like slow mo
Looking high and low (low)
X’s and o’s
But then your eyes found mine like
Woah

You got me trippin now, trippin now
But I’m steady tryna play it cool
I think i’m fallin now, falling now
Got me falling right in love with you

[Pre Chorus]
(What do I do?)
What do I do what do i say
What a rush never felt this way
Back and forth, I’m all over the place
And I don’t wanna let her love get away

[Chorus]
Stuck in the middle
I wanna know if you’re feeling me too even if it’s just a little
Tell me where your head’s at, we could make this so simple
I wanna know if you’re feeling me too even if it’s just a little
Instead I’m stuck in the middle, middle

[Verse 2]
Fast forward and you got me on cloud nine
I make you laugh and we talking like all night
I’m tryna play it cool
You push and pull
I need to know, wanna know
What you gonna do

You got me trippin now, trippin now
Baby you need to give me a sign
I think I’m fallin now, falling now
I got my heart on the line

[Pre Chorus]
(What do I do?)
What do i do what do i say
What a rush never felt this way
Back and forth, I’m all over the place
And i don’t wanna let her love get away

[Chorus]
Stuck in the middle
I wanna know if you’re feeling me too even if it’s just a little
Tell me where your head’s at, we could make this so simple
I wanna know if you’re feeling me too even if it’s just a little
Instead I’m stuck in the middle, middle

[Bridge]
Face to face, now it’s just you and me, me
Wanna know if it’s real or make believe (I wanna be)
Face to face, now it’s just you and me, me
Wanna know if it’s real or make believe (don’t wanna be)

[Chorus]
Stuck in the middle
I wanna know if you’re feeling me too even if it’s just a little
Tell me where your heads at, we could make this so simple
I wanna know if you’re feeling me too even if it’s just a little
Instead i’m stuck in the middle, middle

Old Lullaby

Close your eyes
Feel your head
Rest your body on the bed
Dream of roads that lie ahead
Dream of words unsaid

I will keep you safe at night
I’ll turn every wrong to right
And I will stay from dark till light
And I will hold you tight

Though you’re young and free
You’re a part of me
And to you will come no harm
While you’re in my arms

Close your eyes
Feel your head
Rest your body on the bed
I will keep my child inside
I will hold you tight

On My Own

[CHORUS]
I don’t need a hand to hold
Baby don’t worry I can do it on my own
I’ve been sitting home alone
Dreaming up a way I can do it on my own
You ain’t gotta call my phone
I’ve been really busy tryna do it on my own
I don’t need a hand to hold
Baby don’t worry I can do it on my own

[Verse 1]
Woke up this morning and I jumped to my feet
I played my favorite song on my phone and I jammed to the beat
I put my freshest, fyest outfit on Off White or Supreme
How I look - like I should go run for the presidency
I heard the TV man say something ‘bout all my friends and me
He saying that my generation ain’t like X, Y & Z
Well Mr. TV man, appreciate concern for my health
But for me and my friends to fall we’d have to fire ourselves
Switch lanes with the flow like tip tronic, flow melodic, no hypnotics needed
Just honest, I’m exotic, your chick’s got it
Got ‘em hooked on me like hooked on phonics and I’mma
Go and blow it all
Steam baby, protect the money
Where you going, what you say that you believe
How you sweating, how’s it growing, when’d you last water the seed
When I was young A was for Apple
Cold like capital C
Please excuse me, where are my manners?
Hi, my name’s MattyB and I don’t…

[CHORUS]
I don’t need a hand to hold
Baby don’t worry I can do it on my own
I’ve been sitting home alone
Dreaming up a way I can do it on my own
You ain’t gotta call my phone
I’ve been really busy tryna do it on my own
I don’t need a hand to hold
Baby don’t worry I can do it on my own

[VERSE 2]
When I was young I was a little naive
I used to say that you can do anything if you believe
I used to picture money growing on the branches of trees
Then I grew up and realized that even my lunch ain’t free
You got a vision man I hope you workin past two or three
You got a dream I hope you waking up and grinding no sleep
You better chase it like a dog chase SUVs down a street
You better chase it like in tag when that kid said you unfreezed
DO RAE ME
So far I come yet I feel fresher than ever
Ain’t it funny, how people doubt you but when you say whatever
You do you, I do me, they run back to you whenever
The weather show it bout ta snow, you know those birds of feather
The greatest way to prove somebody wrong who talking that mess
Is just to focus on yourself and go create your success
I’m talking hits man (hits man)
You’ll need a wristband
Selling out stadiums and every radio playing ‘em and saying that

[CHORUS]
I don’t need a hand to hold
Baby don’t worry I can do it on my own
I’ve been sitting home alone
Dreaming up a way I can do it on my own
You ain’t gotta call my phone
I’ve been really busy tryna do it on my own
I don’t need a hand to hold
Baby don’t worry I can do it on my own

How Sweet the Name of Jesus sound

How sweet the name of Jesus sounds
In a believer’s ear!
It soothes his sorrows, heals his wounds,
And drives away his fear.

It makes the wounded spirit whole
And calms the troubled breast;
’Tis manna to the hungry soul,
And to the weary, rest.

Dear Name! the Rock on which I build,
My Shield and Hiding Place,
My never-failing Treas’ry filled
With boundless stores of grace!

Jesus! my Shepherd, Husband, Friend,
My Prophet, Priest, and King;
My Lord, my Life, my Way, my End,
Accept the praise I bring.

Weak is the effort of my heart,
And cold my warmest thought;
But when I see Thee as Thou art,
I’ll praise Thee as I ought.

Till then I would Thy love proclaim
With every fleeting breath,
And may the music of Thy name
Refresh my soul in death.

Slow Down

We just need to slow down
We ain't gotta rush now
Just wanna live in the moments
Time it ain't money, don't blow it
We just need to slow down, slow down

Movin too fast
Got us movin too fast
Live ya life good, don't just let the time pass
Movin too fast
Got us movin too fast

44 in a 45 kinda summer
I ain't playin ball
If you ain't about the hustle
I been making plays
Ever since the first grade
Got my mind on my money
Now my money got muscles
54 in a 55 kinda feeling
Babygirl bad, super bad little villain
Soaking up the rays
Got me dreamin of the days
Where we on top
We control the speed and the mission
Gotta lean in position
Keen intuition
To be different from all these other teens tryna get it
I been chillin for a while
Low key, no flex
Gotta take care of yourself
Or that ain't success
When you're moving too fast
Gotta slow the speed
Drop top cruising how we supposed to be
Aye - bad chick cozy up close to me
I can show you life how it's supposed to be
Let's get it

We just need to slow down
We ain't gotta rush now
Just wanna live in the moments
Time it ain't money, don't blow it
We just need to slow down, slow down

Movin too fast
Got us movin too fast
Live ya life good, don't just let the time pass
Movin too fast
Got us movin too fast

I ain't tryna let all of my life pass
Everybody tryna get grown fast
Imma let 'em have it, sit back silly rabbit
With my day ones, goof and just laugh
Look, I refuse to be another stat
Imma stretch the game out
Flip the hourglass
'Cause fast money, click bait, tryna flex
Hard is a formula to
Find yourself irrelevant fast
Better button up the flow now - real tight
Gotta take care of ya glow up - just right
Can't be worried bout the blow up - it takes time
Get ya quarter, nickel, dimes
You'll be doin just fine
Listen to me
When you're moving too fast
Gotta slow the speed
Drop top cruising how we supposed to be
Aye - bad chick cozy up close to me
I'm tryna show you life how it's supposed to be - lets get it

We just need to slow down
We ain't gotta rush now
Just wanna live in the moments
Time it ain't money, don't blow it
We just need to slow down, slow down

They just tryna ride on my wave
Cruising down the highway
Another summer day
I'll be moving slow in the fast lane
Got my seat kicked back
Baby you can do the same
(repeat)

We just need to slow down
We ain't gotta rush now
Just wanna live in the moments
Time it ain't money, don't blow it
We just need to slow down, slow down

You don't need to understand

1. Life is like a mighty sea
So, tossed and driven.
Billows rise within the heart of every man
Storms so many times will
Leave the heart with questions
But I don’t need to understand
Just hold His hand

Chorus: I don’t need to understand
I just need to hold His hand
I don’t ever need to ask the reason, why
For I know He’ll make a way
Through the night and through the day
I don’t need to understand
I just need to hold His hand.

2. When my life down here is through
And Jesus calls me
To my home up there, beyond the golden shore.
I’ll look back, review the path
That lay before me.
Then I won’t need to understand anymore

Pressure Rise

Baby come my way
We can get away
Let our two worlds just collide
We’re gonna go crazy
Hearts all racy
Before the sun goes down tonight
Anywhere is a party
The way we get it started
Everybody jumps right in line
They don't wanna be tardy
Or they'll be sorry
Gonna have the time of our Life, Life , life

That can make your pressure rise

Pressure rise
Ooo ooo ooo
We just wanna feel alive
Ooo ooo ooo
You and me this is nice
Going all out tonight
Gotta make our pressure rise

Bob Fudge

My name is Bob Fudge, I was borne in Texas
Lampases county back buring the war
Smallpox and comanches took most of my family
Left my poor mother and brothers and me
So I headed north for ta' ride for the blockers
They were contractin' herds, for the Montana Range
In the spring of the year '82 we left ol' Lampases
With 2,000 steers for the Little Big Horn.
Crossing our trails, were many great rivers
All ta' be crossed, not a bridge could we find
In the cold roilin' waters in the wild punchin' cattle
There was many a young man took leave of his life.

Ooh ooh ooh ooh
Ooh ooh ooh ooh
Ooh ooh ooh
Da da da da da

Well we crossed at doan's store, into the Indian Nation's,
Saw the blood on the rocks, where those cowboys had died
And on ta' Fort Dodge on the Arkansas River
Where gamblers an w****s came ta' welcome us there
The great snow cap peaks where on our left side now
For many a mile in a great silent land
Ah' when I first saw Montana I knew I would love her
I'd ride her great ranges for the rest of my days

Ooh ooh ooh ooh
Ooh ooh ooh ooh
Ooh ooh ooh
Da da da da da

Well she's all cut an' dry now, the trails are all gone
I been ta' Yellowstone Park, in an automobile
But I can still see um' swimmin'
Boys I can still hear um' runnin'
Yes I came off a the trail, when cowboys was king
My name is bob fudge, I died in Montana

Ooh ooh ooh ooh
Ooh ooh ooh ooh
Ooh ooh ooh
Da da da da da

Ooh ooh ooh ooh
Ooh ooh ooh ooh
Ooh ooh ooh
Da da da da da.

Sad

Sad
Why you over there looking all sad
Feeling all alone by yourself and
Nobody around understands ya
Don't be sad
All the good times you'll have
Promise all of this will pass
Trust me we can make this last

Some nights gotta sit and dry your eyes
To the moon light tryna get your mind right
You can try again when the sun rise
I'll be right here, I'll be by your side

Sad
Baby don't you be sad
Why you been mad
Baby don't be sad

Man, they don’t know
They don’t even got a clue
How you feel
All the pain
All the stuff you're goin through
Feel alone, by yourself
Even in a crowded room
All a haze, every day
Window foggy with no view
Lay in bed, what’s the point
Playin' music in your room
I’m right here, as your friend
U know I give you the truth
Life is tough, I agree
Trust, I can feel it too
But I care, that I do
Promise we gon make it through, but

Some nights gotta sit and dry your eyes
To the moon light tryna get your mind right
You can try again when the sun rise
I'll be right here, I'll be by your side

Sad
Baby don't you be sad
Why you been mad
Baby don't be sad

I know, I know, I know, I know
It may seem like nowhere to go
But promise everything will be alight
Just keep holding on 'till the sun rise
X2

Sad
Baby don't you be sad
Why you been mad
Baby don't be sad

On My Way (Solo Version)

Verse 1:
I'm sorry but don't wanna talk
I need a moment before I go
It's nothing personal
I draw the blinds
They don't need to see me cry
'Cause even if they understand
They don't understand

Pre-Ref 1:
So then when I'm finished
I'm all 'bout my business
And ready to save the world
I'm takin' my misery
Make it my bitch
Can't be everyone's favorite girl

Ref:
So, take aim and fire away
I've never been so wide awake
No, nobody but me can keep me safe
And I'm on my way
The blood moon is on the rise
The fire burning in my eyes
No, nobody but me can keep me safe
And I'm on my way

Verse 2:
So don't hang up
Cuz I wanna talk a little more before I go
It's hard to say it though
I close my eyes, knowin' it'll be alright
But even if they understand
They can't hold my hand, no

Pre-Ref 2:
So, now it's official: if we got some issues
The feelings, they make it hurt
Don't wanna listen to someone like this
Well, then I need a better world

Ref:
So, take aim and fire away
I've never been so wide awake
No, nobody but me can keep me safe
And I'm on my way
The blood moon is on the rise
The fire burning in my eyes
No, nobody but me can keep me safe
And I'm on my way

Bridge:
(No, nobody but me...
Everybody keep me safe
No, nobody but me...
Everybody keep me safe
No, nobody but me...
Everybody keep me safe
No, nobody but me...
Everybody, everybody on my way)

Ref:
So, take aim and fire away
I've never been so wide awake
No, nobody but me can keep me safe
And I'm on my way
The blood moon is on the rise
The fire burning in my eyes
No, nobody but me can keep me safe
And I'm on my way

The Butcher Boy

In More Street where I did dwell
A butcher boy I loved right well
He courted me my life away
And now with me he will not stay

I wish, I wish, I wish in vain
I wish I was a maid again
But a maid again I’ll never be
Till cherries grow on an apple tree

I wish my baby it was born
And smiling on its daddy’s knee
And me poor girl to be dead and gone
With the long green grass growing over me

He went upstairs and the door he broke
He found her hanging by a rope
He took his knife and he cut her down
And in her pocket these words he found

”Oh, make my grave large, wide and deep
Put a marble stone at my head and feet
And in the middle a turtle dove
So the world may know I died for love”

Barbie Nation

Maybe when my womb is broken open and I can
Hold you with the joy of knowing there is no other
Fear will slip away and I can know that finally
Love is something I'll know

Always had the tendency to believe
Hiding from the truth could maybe set you free
After you dance that Hollywood mingle,
Surrender yourself to the dream.

I know you and me are not so much
I know you and me can make it far
But the bodies and lips moving
Hips sway, hearts drop

I know you and me are not so much
I know you and me can make it far
‘Cause we're bred from Barbie Nation
We know pure elation, yeah

Suddenly within the little frame that I know
You'll grow into every corner shamed by the shadow
Sweetening the years when we grow together,
Drinking all that TV glow.

I can never shade you no, you will see
All the dark and lovely flow you will be
Stronger ‘cause you'll always know the woman's weight
And happier than I'll ever be.

I'd rather love you madly
Than divulge truth this sadly
We can continue facades
It's all fine and I know it's not for me

Despite all honesty here
Disputing kingdom failure
Just make your body nicer
Stand up taller, the world is watching you

Here
There
Where?
Where?

"A Nightingale Sang In Berkeley Square"

That certain night, the night we met
There was magic abroad in the air
There were angels dining at the Ritz
And a nightingale sang in Berkley Square

I may be right, I may be wrong
But I'm perfectly willing to swear
That when you turned and smiled at me
A nightingale sang in Berkley Square

The moon that lingered over London town
Poor puzzled moon, he wore a frown
How could he know we two were so in love?
The whole darn world seemed upside down

The streets of town were paved with stars
It was such a romantic affair
And, as we kissed and said goodnight,
A nightingale sang in Berkley Square

[instrumental]

The streets of town were paved with stars
It was such a romantic affair
And, as we kissed and said goodnight,
A nightingale sang in Berkley Square

I know 'cause I was there
That night in Berkley Square

Real Thing

I've only seen a love full of conditions
Hiding with the fear that it can break
I've searched the world to get a taste of heaven
But all along it was heaven chasing me

Your love is the real thing, it's a real thing
It's the air I breathe
Your love, it's got a hold on me and it's holding me
It is everything, it's the real thing

Your grace is more than just an obligation
You give without a promise of return
Your mercy looks beyond my reputation
For I belong in heaven's destiny
For I belong in heaven's destiny

Your love is the real thing, it's a real thing
It's the air I breathe
Your love, it's got a hold on me and it's holding me
It is everything, it's the real thing

I can't outrun it I can't explain it I don't deserve it Jesus, Your love for me
It's not complacent it's always chasing It won't abandon Jesus, Your love for me
Not disappointing won’t leave me wanting Its overwhelming Jesus, Your love for me
I know I need it I know it’s worth it the cross it proves it Jesus, Your love for me

Your love is the real thing, it's a real thing
It's the air I breathe
Your love, it's got a hold on me and it's holding me
It is everything, it's the real thing

Your love is the real thing, it's a real thing
It's the air I breathe
Your love, it's got a hold on me and it's holding me
It is everything, it's the real thing

There's a place for me and it's heavenly at the table with the king
It's the real thing

Every Night

Every night, when the sun goes in
Every night, when the sun goes in
Every night, when the sun goes in
I hang down my head and mournful cry

True love, don't weep; true love, don't mourn
True love, don't weep; true love, don't mourn
True love, don't weep or mourn for me
I'm going away to another town

Oh, how I wish my babe was born
Sitting on his daddy's knee
And me poor girl was dead and gone
With the green grass growing over me

Every night, when the sun goes in
Every night, when the sun goes in
Every night, when the sun goes in
I hang down my head and mournful cry

Child of the King

Once I was clothed in the rags of my sin,
Wretched and poor, lost and lonely within.
But with wondrous compassion, the King of all kings,
In pity and love, took me under His wings.

Oh, yes, oh yes, I'm a child of the King
His royal blood now flows in my veins.
And I who was wretched and poor now can sing
Praise God, praise God, I'm a child of the King.

Now I'm a child with a Heavenly home,
My Holy Father has made me His own.
And I'm cleansed by His blood, and I'm clothed in His love,
And some day I'll sing with the angels above.

The Sweetest Song I Know

I've heard them sing 'He Paid The Price'
and 'Jesus Bore It All'
I've heard them sing 'I'm Coming Home'
and 'Hear The Master's Call'
I've heard them sing the modern songs
and songs of long ago
But 'Amazing Grace, How Sweet The Sound'
is the sweetest song I know
Amazing grace (Amazing grace, how sweet the sound)
How sweet the sound (Oh how sweet is the sound)
No sweeter song (sweeter song, sweeter song)
Could e'er be found (In this life could be found)
I've heard of a fountain (Heard of the dear Savior's blood)
Filled with blood (That washed us white, white as snow)
But 'Amazing Grace' ('Amazing Grace, How Sweet The Sound')
Is the sweetest song I know
It was the song my momma sang
in sweet and humble voice
Like music from the world above,
it made my soul rejoice
Its soothing words and melody
like rippling waters flow
Oh, 'Amazing Grace, How Sweet The Sound'
is the sweetest song I know

Water Bearer (Reworked and Remastered)

It's dark on the mountain, waiting for the sun
Oh, the devil is sleeping
And the lord of the light is waking
The dawn is slowly breaking
Hella kiellessa niovya lo
He ana hella kielleya niova nya

The morning comes so brave and free
The clinging clouds, they turn and flee
There's a rising wind and it's taking me
Ella galalea kolotya lo
He ana hella kielessa niova nya
It's written on walls of stone in starlight
'There is a path across the night'

It's dark on the mountain, waiting for the sun
Oh, the devil is sleeping
And the lord of the light is waking
The dawn is slowly breaking
Hella kiellessa niovya lo
He ana hella kielleya niova nya

The morning comes so brave and free
The clinging clouds, they turn and flee
There's a rising wind and it's taking me
Ella galalea kolotya lo
He ana hella kielessa niova nya
It's written on walls of stone in starlight
'There is a path across the night'

Why does it hurt when I pee

Why does it hurt when I pee?
Why does it hurt when I pee?
I don't want no doctor
To stick no needle in me
Why does it hurt when I pee?

I got it from the toilet seat
I got it from the toilet seat
It jumped right up
And grabbed my meat
Got it from the toilet seat

My balls feel like a pair of maracas
My balls feel like a pair of maracas
Oh God, I probably got the
Gono-co-co-coccus!
My balls feel like a pair of maracas
Ay ay ay!

Why does it, why does it
Why does it, why does it hurt when I pee?

Hallelujah Here Below

We are an altar of broken stones
But you delight in the offering
You have the heavens
To call your home
But you abide in the song we sing

Ten thousand angels
Surround your throne
To bring you praise that will never cease
But hallelujah from here below
Is still your favorite melody

We sing hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah

And should the fire that
Once burned bright
Become an ember my eyes can’t see
I will remember your sacrifice
I will abide in your love for me

Jesus Christ
Our king enthroned
All the praise is yours
Forevermore
Hallelujah here below
All the praise is yours
Forevermore

O what a wonderful day to come
When every knee bows before your name
But we will not wait until it does
For here and now shall your
Kingdom reign

Dreaming With A Broken Heart

When you're dreaming with a broken heart,
The waking up is the hardest part

You roll out of bed and down on your knees
And for a moment you can hardly breathe
Wondering was she really here
Is she standing in my room?

No, she's not
'Cause she's gone, gone, gone, gone, gone

When you're dreaming with a broken heart,
The giving up is the hardest part

She takes you in with her crying eyes
Then all at once you have to say goodbye
Wondering, could you stay, my love?
Will you wake up by my side?

No, she can't
'Cause she's gone, gone, gone, gone, gone

Now do I have to fall asleep with roses in my hand?
Do I have to fall asleep with roses in my hand?
Do I have to fall asleep with roses in my hand?
Do I have to fall asleep with roses in my, roses in my hands?
Would you get them if I did?

No, you won't
'Cause you're gone, gone, gone, gone, gone

When you're dreaming with a broken heart,
The waking up is the hardest part.

Raise a Hallelujah

I raise a hallelujah, in the presence of my enemies
I raise a hallelujah, louder than the unbelief
I raise a hallelujah, my weapon is a melody
I raise a hallelujah, Heaven comes to fight for me

Chorus
I’m gonna sing, in the middle of the storm
Louder and louder, you’re gonna hear my praises roar
Up from the ashes, hope will arise
Death is defeated, the King is alive

I raise a hallelujah, with everything inside of me
I raise a hallelujah, I will watch the darkness flee
I raise a hallelujah, in the middle of the mystery
I raise a hallelujah, fear you lost your hold on me

Bridge
Sing a little louder
In the presence of my enemies
Sing a little louder
Louder than the unbelief
Sing a little louder
My weapon is a melody
Sing a little louder
Heaven comes to fight for me

The Banks of the Musselshell

I stare out every evening at the distant Northern Star
It leads us ever northwards and tells us that we are
Lost below the Yellowstone in a land unknown to me
Ten thousand miles from loved ones and my home across the sea

We travel through an empty land, the benches are all strewn
With bison bones that shine ghost white with the rising of the moon
The grey wolf howls and answer as I try to sing on guard
Indentured to these Texans, in a land so wild and hard

When I hired on to Bill Ducharm in the heat of the Texas sun
I was unawares of his darker side or his swiftness with a gun
But I had made a solemn promise to ride with him through hell
And to deliver the herd to the ends of the earth or the mouth of the Musselshell

I turned just about 17 when we hit the first cowtown
I drank my first strong liquor there - and the women spun me 'round
But of all the barroom angels and their soft forbidden charms
I was stuck on Blue-eyed Annie - who belonged to Bill Ducharm

And the boy became a man that night in Annie's arms
But Annie cried and begged me... 'Beware of Bill Ducharm'

We left that Texas cowtown and pointed the herd North
But the first night when the moon was down, I rode back to Old Fort Worth
They were closin' down the barroom and rollin' up the floor
My heart was in my throat - as I knocked on Annie's door

And the boy became a man that night in Annie's arms
But Annie cried and begged me... 'Beware of Bill Ducharm'

Bill Ducharm had one bad eye - his face was a devil's red
The result of a bygone prairie fire where he'd crawled back from the dead
And every night in dreams as I rolled in Annie's arms
Only to wake to face old Satan - in the guise of Bill Ducharm
And each night 'cross the campfire - I'd face that one bad eye
Did he know that I'd betrayed him? Had my hour come to die?
One promise he did make good - yes, we followed him through hell
Driven by this one-eyed Lucifer towards the banks of the Musselshell

And as we near the Yellowstone, the snow begins to fall
And soon this wretched enterprise shall be ending for us all
It's then I'll need fast horses to fly to Annie's arms
And stay one jump ahead of the guns of Bill Ducharm

Bad Decisions

Love me leave me, rhythm of the evening, chasing a good time
London’s burning, if the world is ending let’s stay up all night

Do you remember what you said to me?
Cos we lost track of time, yeah we lost track of time
You always let me down so tenderly
So live fast and die young, and stay forever numb

You said that
“Maybe this is where it ends, take a bow
For the bad decisions that we made, bad decisions that we made
And if we’re going down in flames, take a bow
For the bad the decisions that we made, bad decisions that we made”
So make the same mistakes till the morning breaks
So make the same mistakes till the morning breaks?

I’m here feeling lower than the sterling, how do you look so good?
Groundhog evening, dancing on the ceiling, Kubrick’s Hollywood

Do you remember what you said to me?
Cos we lost track of time, yeah we lost track of time

You said that
“Maybe this is where it ends, take a bow
For the bad decisions that we made, bad decisions that we made
And if we’re going down in flames, take a bow
For the bad the decisions that we made, bad decisions that we made”
So make the same mistakes till the morning breaks
So make the same mistakes till the morning breaks?

Now we find ourselves lying round here
Always find ourselves falling right here, down here
Can we make the same mistakes till the morning breaks?
Can we make the same mistakes till the morning breaks?

You said that
“Maybe this is where it ends, take a bow
For the bad decisions that we made, bad decisions that we made
And if we’re going down in flames, take a bow
For the bad the decisions that we made, bad decisions that we made”
So make the same mistakes till the morning breaks
So make the same mistakes till the morning breaks?

Infection 13

Living another day in these plastic years
We are falling
What we are trying to save slowly disappears

(Ah-ah ah-ah ah)
Wires, wires
(Ah-ah ah-ah ah)
Burn, burn
(Ah-ah ah-ah ah)
Breath, breath
(Ah-ah ah-ah ah)
Spark, spark

High-tech all over the world
Infect all that you want
Sleep all day, party all night
Never grow old and never die
Your life starts to corrode
High-tech cloning the world
Sleep all day, party all night
Never grow old and never die

Living one last day in these fading years
They are calling
What we tried to save already disappeared

(Ah-ah ah-ah ah)
Wires, wires
(Ah-ah ah-ah ah)
Burn, burn
(Ah-ah ah-ah ah)
Breath, breath
(Ah-ah ah-ah ah)
Spark, spark

High-tech all over the world
Infect all that you want
Sleep all day, party all night
Never grow old and never die
Your life starts to corrode
High-tech cloning the world
Sleep all day, party all night
Never grow old and never die

High-tech all over the world
Infect all that you want
Sleep all day, party all night
Never grow old and never die
Your life starts to corrode
High-tech cloning the world
Sleep all day, party all night
Never grow old and never die

High-tech all over the world
Infect all that you want

Your life starts to corrode
High-tech cloning the world

The Gentleman Obviously Doesn't Believe

???

The gentleman obviously doesn't believe
In making love
He shrinks if you mention
A bench in the park for two
It's hard to conceive that he doesn't believe
In stealing a kiss
Like me, and you, and you

The gentleman obviously doesn't indulge
In alcohol
Whenever he lunches
Rum punches are all taboo
It seems he's not cursed with that heavenly thirst
For bottle delights
Like me, and you, and you

He's never been known to gamble
He doesn't take weekend trips
In lover's lane he won't ramble
And a cigarette has never caressed his lips

He frowns on the latest dances
Says jazz is his favourite bore
He doesn't seek life's romances
So I wonder what on earth he is living for

The gentleman obviously doesn't believe
In moonlight walks
Alone with a girl and he'd faint
Yes, that's what he'd do
He's one of those gents who just hasn't the sense
To thrill to a kiss
Like me, and you, and you

Wind in the Wire

I'd been riding fence all day
Way up on the summer range
Found a place to make my bed
As the evening shadows spread
Beyond the campfire light
Through the stillness of the night
Came the call of the coyote choir
And the song of the wind in the wire

As it strummed the rusted strings
It sang of long forgotten things
Many moons and many suns
Of the real americans
When the arrow and the bow
Stopped the range of the buffalo
And the call of the coyote choir
Knew no song of the wind in the wire

As the ghostly balladeer
Hypnotized me, I could hear
Bugle calls and battle cries
Broken promises and lies
The spirits of the plain
Still sing their sad refrain
And the call of the coyote choir
And the song of the wind in the wire

Spirits of the plain
Still sing their sad refrain
And the call of the coyote choir
And the song of the wind in the wire

Butcher Boy

In Edinburgh town where I did dwell
The fisher's girl, I loved her well
I courted her for many days
She stole from me my heart away

There is an inn in that same town
And there my love sits herself down
She sits upon a stranger's knee
And tells him what she wouldn't tell me

The reason is, I'll tell you why
Because he's got more gold than I
But gold will melt and silver fly
In times of need he'll be as poor as I

Wrote a letter, wrote a song
Wrote a letter, wrote it long
On every line I dropped a tear
That every verse cried 'Sarah dear'

I wrote a letter, wrote a song
I wrote a letter, wrote it long
On every line I dropped a tear
That every verse cried 'Sarah dear'

I wish, I wish, I wish in vain
I wish she was a maid again
A maid again she'll never be
Till apples grow on an orange tree
